Here are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.
Jobs are scheduled on a first come first serve basis. At any given time we run on a 2-4 week schedule based on job criteria. However, due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances this may vary.
Once your deposit is received by the office you are automatically placed in the queue. ASG does not provide installation dates more than 7-10 days out. This is due to unpredictable weather and material supply.
Please allow up to 24 hours for our scheduling team to respond to your inquiry. If you have an urgent matter regarding your upcoming installation, please contact our front desk, and they will ensure your message is prioritized.
Occasionally miscommunication may occur. Our only provided timeframe is a 4-6 week turnaround barring any unforeseen circumstances.
